Bespoke Pyschometric Tools

E-Metrixx has been working with the Psychometrics at Work Research Group since 2009 to engineer a new breed of psychometric tools.

Every new psychometric tool is developed from the ground up against a specific need within the marketplace.

The joint team uses the most advanced research and analysis techniques available and create an on-line environment to ensure all tools are easy to administer, engaging for the participant and produce the highest possible results.

Some of the PAW research programmes currently ongoing include:

  • Creativity
  • Applied Intelligence
  • Business success predictors
  • Personality adaptability
  • Financial risk
  • The structure of personality

Psychometrics at Work Research Group is an independent research body within Alliance Manchester Business School. The research group has a strategic partnership with E-METRIXX to commercialise psychometric tools when the research phase has been completed.

E-METRIXX is an independent company and not funded through Alliance Manchester Business School or The University of Manchester.
