me2 General Factor of Creativity

The me2 General Factor of Creativity report focuses on 12 factors that can be clearly understood and developed individually. These factors have been shown to be common to all creative pursuits whether this is writing a screenplay, painting a picture or inventing the iPhone.

me2 was developed in partnership with the Psychometrics at Work Research group within Alliance Manchester Business School and Creativity Specialists with 30+ years in product development and creative consultancy.

The me2 reports draw on 100 years of research into creativity. The reports work to demystify creativity and help individuals understand and develop their individual creative style. With a database of over 12,000 profiles, individuals can objectively understand their own creative thinking style compared to others.

The 12 drivers work together to produce one overall general factor of creativity in the same way as an IQ score measures overall ability.

There is a 1-page recruiter’s report and group summary report allowing you to compare 26 candidates per page.

Recruiters can also set a question of their own to be completed when candidates take the test.

The Individual & Team report provides managers and individuals with an 8-page report to aid team structures.

This report includes guidance on creative processes and time management for effective creative output.
