me² has been designed so that it can easily form part of an assessment programme using the diagnostic, but also as a development tool to be used in programmes in order to develop the creative capacity of individuals and teams.

 

Using me² in assessment adds depth to the process, allowing assessors to understand how a person or a team will approach creative thinking, problem solving and exploiting opportunities.

 

In development, me² can provide the foundation for running workshops and programmes, using either bespoke programmes or one of a range of development programs detailed in the me² Support Manual.

me² development programmes can be used when working with individuals, external groups, internal teams or entire organisations to develop new ideas, products, processes and services.
