Recruitment

The me² Creative Strengths Indicator – Recruitment is a psychometric test for the recruitment and assessment of individuals to aid in the understanding of a candidate’s Overall Creative Strength and how they See, Think & Do.

One of the most popular recruitment methods, the selection interview, has been demonstrated to be a very poor predictor of applicant creativity. The results of a recent study, by Dr Mark Batey, demonstrated that two highly experienced interviewers could only predict 6% of the variance in creative thinking abilities when in contrast, the correlation between the me² Creative Strengths Indicator and creativity is 61%.

Individual and Team

For Individuals

The me² Creative Strengths Indicator – Individual and Team is designed to help individuals to identify their own creative strengths and show them how to use their strengths most effectively in their daily activities and when working in teams.

When an individual can understand their own creative strengths and those of their work colleagues, they can recognise the kind of work that suits them and their best role within a team and can then increase their creative output and innovation.

For Teams

The me² Creative Strengths Indicator – Individual and Team can be used by managers to help identify which individuals are best put together to increase creative output in teams.

Teams should be arranged based on their creative strengths and perform best if there is diversity in age, gender, seniority, experience and skills.

The key is understanding the different creativity strengths that team members possess and knowing which strengths work most effectively with others for maximum creative output.
